Due to the delicate nature of the goods sold on Dolled Up, returns will only be accepted within 2 days of delivery, we will not accept any goods after such time.

Please note, cash refunds will not be offered for returned purchases but rather a store credit passed.

Items purchased on sale, discounted with a coupon/ Promotional Code, or final sale are not eligible for refund or credit.

We do not offer return or exchange packaging costs under any circumstances and this will need to be covered by you. Items cannot be returned outside of the allowed 7 day return period. We are happy to schedule a return for you however you will be billed.

If you wish to return or exchange something please follow the below guidelines

  • Contact within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Please ensure that you package is in its original packaging with all labels attached.
  • Items must not have been worn or washed*
  • Returns courier cost will need to be covered by you – We are able to arrange this for you, however you will be charged.
  • Sale or Discount items cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Dolled up will not be responsible for any lost returns
  • Once we have inspected your item(s), you will be contacted via email.
  • No cash refunds allowed.


Please note that we must be notified of the exchange within 2 days of you receiving your order.

All exchanges must be received within 7 business days of receiving the order (in full).

ALL items must have original tags attached (if any). Items with missing tags will not be accepted in exchange and will not be returned to you.

Items purchased with a promotional code, marked down, or included in our sale/clearance sections are not eligible for return or exchange.


The following items are NON- RETURNABLE (No Exceptions).

  • All items purchased on sale, discounted with a coupon / Promotional Code, or final sale.
  • Hair accessories.
  • Intimates, bodysuits or swimwear.
  • Cosmetics
  • Any item that may have been worn or carries an odor

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours


If you wish to order some thing that is sold out follow the below steps:

  • Contact with the style number and size
  • Ensure size ordered is accurate as if a style is ordered especially for you, no returns will be accept. With the exception of goods being damaged in which the above returns policy will be applicable.
  • Special orders can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered.
  • Payment, in full, is required before item will be ordered
  • Not all items are available to be ordered – you will be notified within 2 days should this be the case.
